Move More


Being physically active every day is one important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity and physical fitness help make you healthier, feel better and maintain a healthy body weight.

Move More is a collaborative community-wide project that Healthy Northern Kennebec supports to help people be more physically active. We are working together with area residents, schools, municipalities and worksites to increase access to physical activity in the community and develop a list of  trails as well as indoor walking sites.
